Women own or operate millions of business across the world, with the highest percentage in the USA, followed by the UK and EU, China, Africa and the rest of Asia. Women also deal with specific challenges of gender, health and societal expectations which require sensitive and sensible handling.

Youth-owned business is relatively undeveloped across the world. Data suggests that Africa produces the highest number of youth-owned businesses but these are low-value ventures. The developed world attracts fewer youth entrepreneurs than the developing world but these tend to be higher value ventures.

Even though all humans have the same brains, individuals benefit from customisation to their own circumstances. Your coach will use business models to analyse the current situation of your business, in its context. Additional tools such as psychometric assessments may be used. Navine will explain how his findings could redirect your business habits and improve your decision-making. you will be amazed at what you accomplish in ten hours of coaching, over a few months!

Mistakes will be pointed-out and may lead to discomfort. Some decisions may challenge your personal values and emotional adjustments may be required, in favour of competitive business strategy. During the process, I may be more directive and motivate an opinion strongly. Your role will be to analyse, debate, consider and choose how you will develop your business.
