Women own or operate millions of business across the world, with the highest percentage in the USA, followed by the UK and EU, China, Africa and the rest of Asia. Women also deal with specific challenges of gender, health and societal expectations which require sensitive and sensible handling.
Youth-owned business is relatively undeveloped across the world. Data suggests that Africa produces the highest number of youth-owned businesses but these are low-value ventures. The developed world attracts fewer youth entrepreneurs than the developing world which creates higher value ventures.
Even though all humans have the same brains, individuals benefit from customisation to their own circumstances. Your coach will use business models to explore your personal current situation, in the context of your business. Additional tools such as psychometric assessments may be used. Navine will explain how his findings could redirect your business habits and improve your decision-making. You will be amazed at your accomplishments after ten hours of coaching, over a few months!
Mistakes will be pointed-out and may lead to discomfort. Some decisions may challenge your personal values and emotional adjustments may be required, in favour of competitive business strategy. During the process, I may be adopt a firm posture and motivate an opinion strongly. Your role will be to analyse, debate, consider and choose how you will develop your behaviour, for personal and business improvement.
I prefer an Agile Coaching methodology whereby we flexibly work with models suited to your circumstances. These models may be used strategically as we adapt to personal and market developments. We may develop new models, specific to your business situation, to cope with change. Inevitably, people are always at the heart of change. As your expert coach, I am the one person with whom you can share your hopes, aspirations, fears and intentions, in the spirit of improved performance.

What mix is best for you?
Mentoring identifies gaps in your personal development and recommends changes for self-improvement, with the guidance of a more experience person. Coaching is a thinking partnership between people of equal experience, geared towards improved performance. You may prefer to be coached individually or select several people for group coaching, during which we will speak generically or specifically. You may also require individual sessions to improve your personal performance in your own business.
A combination of group and individual coaching can be arranged, for a single company or for a collective of small businesses. Both group and individual sessions can be held online. As the process develops, Navine could make himself available to travel globally, to hold face-to-face sessions. The combination of individual, group, online and in-person sessions will enrich your experience with me beyond measure.
Whether I mentor or coach, the first step will be to clarify your personal situation and relate that to the state of your business. We will diagnose key problem areas and sketch possibilities for future development. I will suggest different perspectives for considering a way forward while you consider what suits you best. The process involves discovery of new ideas and uncovering emotions which may prevent you from progressing. You will always take responsibility for the actions you choose. If I perceive obvious danger, I will go into more directive mode and adopt a more instructive style, usually based on reliable information and previous experience.
